REFUND POLICY

However, we understand that plans may change sometimes.✅ Returns & ExchangesWe have a 30-day return policy. This means you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item.We accept returns and exchanges for items that meet the following conditions:

  • Non-personalized, non-custom items, and not clearance or sale items
  • Items are in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags (if applicable), and in original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please note:

  • The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs of returns and any shipping costs required for sending items during exchanges.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are eligible for a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

To initiate a return, please contact us via support@yumentor.com. We will not accept items returned without prior return request.If your return request is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the item. The delivery time of the exchanged item to you may vary depending on your location.If the value of the item you are returning exceeds $75, we recommend using a trackable delivery service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.❌ Non-returnable ItemsWe do not accept returns or exchanges for the following items:

  • Personalized or custom items
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, plants)
  • Personal care products (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you have questions about specific items, please contact us.🔁 Item ReplacementIf the personalized content in your order is incorrect due to our mistake, we will replace the personalized item for you free of charge.However, we will not replace items with incorrect engraving or personalized content caused by the buyer's mistake.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you encounter the following situations, please contact us immediately:

  • Items are defective or damaged
  • Received the wrong item

We will assess the problem and handle it properly as soon as possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email whether your refund request has been approved.If approved:

  • We will process your refund, and the refund amount will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you still haven't received it, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially credited.
  3. Next, contact your bank. Processing times may vary.
  4. If you have completed all the above steps but still haven't received your refund, please contact us via support@yumentor.com.

Force Majeure / Undeliverable Packages

Please note that in the following cases, we will only refund the cost of the item itself (shipping costs will be deducted):

  • The customer is not present at the time of delivery.
  • The customer provided an invalid phone number or email address.
  • The package is returned to us or handled by the postal service due to the above reasons.

If the customer refuses the package without reason, and the package is subsequently returned or destroyed, we are not responsible for any costs incurred.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above provisions, if your item is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days without giving any reason.Requirements for eligibility:

  • Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags (if applicable), and in original packaging.
  • You also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
